I particula...Great writeup about a great book, Kim. I particularly like all the same aspects you pointed out, especially in reference to Elizabeth Hughes Gossett. I had no idea until reading that book a year or so ago that was a founding trustee of the university I went to. And also, it's interesting that the endo my mom currently goes to up in Detroit, actually treated Elizabeth back in the 70s and early 80s leading up to her death.
